main24 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms carefully before using any services provided by main24. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the main24 platform on any device or web browser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To register and use main24's services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Being at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority under your local laws, whichever is higher.
  • Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not being located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gambling activities.
  • Registering only one account in your own name using accurate and truthful information.

Main24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2. Account Registration, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register one account only on the main24 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account username and password confidential.
  • Ensuring that no third party accesses your account without authorisation.
  • Notifying main24 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Updating your profile information whenever there are changes to your personal details.

Main24 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge, if you have failed to take reasonable security measures to protect your login credentials.

Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful, misleading, or disruptive purposes that may negatively affect other users' experience. Any attempt to hack or manipulate the system, or to use automated software to interact with the platform, is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments, Transactions and Currency

All financial transactions on the main24 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian users:

  • Deposits: FPX (direct bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and manual bank transfer to a designated account.
  • Withdrawals: Bank transfer to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the main24 account holder.

Important transaction conditions:

  • All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set out and are subject to change from time to time.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account whose registered name matches the name on the main24 account.
  • Main24 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for the purposes of security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity.
  • Any taxes, charges, or fees imposed by banks or payment providers are entirely the user's responsibility.
  • Main24 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by external factors, including third-party banking or technical systems.

Users are prohibited from conducting any transactions involving funds derived from illegal activities. main24 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering laws.

Platform Liability Limits

Main24 provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or remain available at all times. main24 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including gambling losses, loss of anticipated profits, or business disruption.

Suspended and Closed Account Policy

Main24 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: fraud or illegal activity, multiple account creation or takeovers, bonus or promotion abuse, failure to provide verification documents, or breach of any terms in this document. In the case of a legitimate closure, any unused balance (subject to investigation) may be returned to the user via the designated method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the main24 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of main24 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from main24.

Third-Party Links & Services

The main24 platform may integrate third-party services including game providers, payment providers, and other technical services. main24 is not responsible for the policies, content, or privacy practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

4. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Main24 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Where changes made are material and significantly affect user rights, main24 will endeavour to notify users via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, the absence of such notification does not exempt users from being subject to the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the main24 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as determined by the relevant authorities.
